The sales and service staff are friendly and professional. Indian bikes are the best. Merchandise branding is tasteful but made in China which is why I dont purchase. Service is under staffed. Makes for ridiculous lead times for getting work done. Overall I continue to be an Indian Motorcycle loyalist who is exited to see whats new when I enter the store.
