I wanted to look at a couple bikes but found more than expected. Travis and his riding experience helped answer underlying questions I didnt even need to ask. Any details about the bikes were explained. Friendly and no pressure. I knew what I was getting and how it worked. Lane had all the info for financing handled, quick and complete. I had confidence in the process from the down to earth communication and explication. Great experience. Overall I would highly recommend Indian of Knoxville for the right bike because of the staff!!
